We currently offer a variety of options for individuals looking for a fun yet effective group fitness workout environment.

Group workouts and clinics are coached by Nicole Moore. Classes are high energy, super supportive, and guaranteed to challenge you to push yourself to maximize calorie burn. Be prepared to sweat and feel great doing it!

Sessions are 60 minutes in length, and include circuit training that infuses body weight, free-weight, mat Pilates, and plyometric exercises. To prevent boredom, each class has a different format, yet targets the entire body.

Available GetMooreFitness Group Fitness Clinic offerings:

Small Group Circuit Training: Strength, HIIT, Core ($15/class, up to 6 persons):

  • Tues/Thur @ 6:00am (@ GetMooreFitness Studio)- STARTS SEPTEMBER 18th!  7 weeks in duration.
  • Tues/Thur @ 5:00am (@ GetMooreFitness Studio)- STARTS OCTOBER 2nd!  5 weeks in duration.
  • Wed/Fri @ 6:00am (@ GetMooreFitness Studio)- STARTS OCTOBER 3rd!         5 weeks in duration
