We currently offer a variety of options for individuals looking for a fun yet effective group fitness workout environment.

Group workouts and clinics are coached by Nicole Moore. Classes are high energy, super supportive, and guaranteed to challenge you to push yourself to maximize calorie burn. Be prepared to sweat and feel great doing it!

Sessions are 45-50 minutes in length, and include circuit training that infuses body weight, free-weight, mat Pilates, and plyometric exercises. To prevent boredom, each class has a different format, yet targets the entire body.

Small Group Circuit Training: Strength, HIIT, Core ($15/class, up to 12 persons):

  • Mon/Wed @ 5:30pm (@ GetMooreFitness Studio)
  • Tues/Thur @ 5:00am & @ 6:00am (@ GetMooreFitness Studio)
  • Sat @ 9:30am (@ GetMooreFitness Studio)

Kickfit Shadowbox and Cardio Sculpt ($15/class, up to 25 persons):

  • Thur @ 6:00pm (@ GetMooreFitness Studio)
  • Fri @ 6:00am (@ Elevation Studios-Signal Hill)
  • Sat @ 8:00am (@ Elevation Studios- Signal Hill)

Rise & Climb ($10/class, up to 12 persons):

  • Every other Sun @ 6:45am (@ Discovery Well Park/Hill Street, Signal Hill)
